Performance Development Portfolios
Our flagship product, the Performance Development Portfolio (PDP) is a comprehensive talent management system that is fully compatible with any existing performance appraisal process and is completely customizable to your specific situation. The PDP is a complete system that integrates job descriptions, job expectations, performance appraisals, skills needs review, training planning and career path development.
The PDP is a two portfolio system; one for the manager with all of the relevant documents and records, and one for the employee’s personal use. By putting the PDP into the hands of the employee, they are now provided ownership of the process that is often held behind lock and key in HR or the manager’s desk. The result…an employee who is not only engaged in their job and performance, but one whose personal goals are now tied into the company goals.
