Chad V. Sorenson, SPHR, is the Vice President of Operations and co-founder of Talent Development Inc. and has over 15 years of diverse business and human resource experience.
Mr. Sorenson has worked with companies ranging in size from 5 to 10,000+ employees in industries such as consumer finance, manufacturing, construction support, healthcare, and professional services consulting.
Throughout his career Mr. Sorenson has dealt with numerous HR situations ranging from day to day employee relations to leadership training; and a complete HR department start up for a rapidly growing company to downsizing and layoffs. In addition, he has created a college recruiting department for a fortune 500 chemical manufacturer; participated on the steering committee for a worldwide transition of the staffing function for a global transportation manufacturer; and served as the Process Owner/Project Champion for numerous projects including: Human Resource department restructuring, HRIS software implementations, and development of performance appraisal systems.
Mr. Sorenson is also the President and founder of Adaptive HR Solutions, LLC, a human resources consulting company based in Jacksonville, Florida. He is a graduate of Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
Bob Douce is the Vice President of Sales and co-founder of Talent Development Inc. Bob has 35 years in education and as a Career Specialist; he articulated the career and cluster interest, skills and aptitudes of students to a successful match of corporate employers. In addition, he has a variety of experiences in product development, authorships, leadership skills and sales.
For the past 13 years, Bob has written, developed, marketed and customized numerous structured and organized portfolios that are beneficial to students, national organizations and company employees. Also, he developed generic, customized and electronic portfolios that are being marketed through a national publisher.
Bob is a co-author for a novel written in 2009 and lives in Jacksonville, Florida. He has a B.S. degree from Union College, Kentucky and a M.A. degree from Western Carolina University, North Carolina.
Steve Putnam is the Vice President of Marketing for Talent Development, Inc. Steve has enjoyed a successful marketing career with three Fortune 100 Health Care companies. During this time Steve managed every aspect of product marketing from development and commercialization, to marketing planning and execution, to strategy design and implementation.
While Steve’s expertise is marketing, he brings to TDI the unique ability to see Performance Development from the perspective of our clients. Over time he worked within major corporations where high priority was assigned to developing employee performance and has managed employees using a variety of sophisticated systems.
Steve is a graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and currently resides in Jacksonville, Florida.
